To Provide and Maintain the Platform: To operate, maintain, and improve the functionality of thePlatform, including facilitating connections between Luxury Sales Professionals and Clients, and enabling collaborative commerce features.

To Communicate with You: To send you transactional emails, service-related announcements, marketing communications (with your consent where required), and respond to your inquiries and requests.

To Personalize Your Experience: To tailor the content and features of the Platform to your interests and preferences.

For Analytics and Research: To understand how users interact with the Platform, analyze trends, and improve our services.

With Luxury Sales Professionals and Clients: To facilitate the services provided on the Platform, such as connecting Clients with Luxury Sales Professionals and enabling product sourcing.

For Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Platform is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by revising the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you an email notification).
